Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use TapNext. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the content you create on TapNext, including your Moments, copy, and images. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve that content as needed to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and for the destination links you connect to your Moments, including ensuring they are lawful, accurate, and that you have the rights to use them.

You agree not to use TapNext to publish or link to content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or that distributes malware, phishing, or spam.

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure, and not to circumvent usage limits or security controls.

TapNext offers a Free plan and paid plans (Creator and Pro) with the features and usage limits described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may change plan features and pricing. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your active subscription.

We work to keep TapNext available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The TapNext name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand without permission.

You may stop using TapNext and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to TapNext or others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapNext disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapNext will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold TapNext harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TapNext operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of TapNext after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
